How do I reply to a question directed to me ? How do i insert the question ( quote ) from another member into my post ?

Go to that specific reply post and click on Reply. That will do a forward link to the member as well as add to the overall thread.

You can also right click and highlight the question, you will get a pop up window with "quote " as an option
