You must be 13+ to use the forum. Your use is conditional on compliance with all rules herein.

Conditions for Use

Your Content

You retain ownership of your posts. You grant Skiff HQ a license to host, display, and distribute your content on the forum. Content removed will be deleted from backups after a reasonable period.

Your Responsibility

You agree to indemnify Skiff HQ against legal claims related to your content or use of the forum that violates these terms.

Disclaimers

The forum is provided “as-is.” We make no warranties of any kind. Use at your own risk.

Limits on Liability

We are not liable for damages or for indirect damages, to the extent allowed by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the forum ends.

Disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of South Carolina, USA. Disputes will be resolved in Charleston, SC or via arbitration per AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.

General Terms

These terms constitute the full agreement between you and Skiff HQ. Unenforceable terms will be severed. We may assign this agreement.
