Friend of mine in Homosassa is selling his like new Mercury 225 4 stroke with 25" shaft.
The Merc 225 weighs just 19 pounds more than a 150, and makes a huge performance difference using the same prop because the lower unit gears is geared for higher prop rpms. (Prop not included)
This one is the cable control model so you won’t need to spend a bunch of money on fly by wire controls. But you will need to already have Mercury wiring and SmartCraft gauge because ONLY the motor is for sale.
Just broken in with 92.5 hours.
