Raised up on the rivers and woods of South Central Virginia, machinist by trade, carpenter out of necessity and fisherman for the pure enjoyment of it. I primarily fish out of my Key West 177sk and have a habit of pushing the limits oceanside and back island sides of OBX area. Most of my time on the water is spent fishing winter crappie on Buggs Island Lake and winter pool is pretty skinny on the upper end. I run the rivers a fair bit in the summer chasing walleye and channel cats. I thought i was going to buy a bigger boat but mortgage sized prices have me crawfishing. My plans now are to put money into what I already have and get more out of it with shallow water performance. I’m not talking about Texas shallow, just regular kind of shallow.
