Looks like copies have dried up.
I would like to purchase a copy as a gift for a good client of mine. If anyone has a copy they are willing to part with for a semi-reasonable price shoot me a PM.
Only ones available online right now are $450 and that’s a little outrageous I think. I’d pay via a fishing trip if you’re local or traveling to the Tampa/Nature Coast area!
I have one. I just have to find it and that’ll have to wait till my wife gets back she’s in New York. I have my notebook with all the notes I took out of it because I tend to study every book I read so I really don’t need the book anymore. When she gets back next Tuesday, she’ll find it

Keep checking the online used book dealers. abebooks, Thriftbooks, etc. They come up. You can typically get them for $150 or less.
The Australian book sounds like a decent deal. Use an Amex card and you will always get your money back if its a scam.
BTW, I saw on the other forum someone wanting Andy Mills book.

Update: Bought the copy from down under and send my client home with the copy I had.
Thanks everyone! Hopefully my library at home will be back up to snuff in 3 weeks. I did just score a copy of high rollers and picked up Monte Burkes new book as well. So hopefully that’ll keep me preoccupied.
