A few years ago I toured the east coast and visited several fly shops between Old City Fly Shop and Seven Mile Fly shop.
Somewhere along the way I picked up these flies, and I’m down to two and they are TIRED.
I need more, but have no idea what the pattern name is. Skiff HQ you’re my only hope.
Assuming store bought and not a “custom” tie…Looking at the brand of eyes and materials I’d bet you can find it (or one close) on the EP website.

That is a Mud Minnow. And that fiber is not EP, it’s a different zingy type fiber, however it can be tied with combining Congo and EP 3D very easily.
