To follow up on my other post, there’s additional Tibors for sale (I’m picking up the Everglades and Riptide). The point of contact is selling for a neighbor who is in poor health. I told him I’d spread the word. All are supposed to be in excellent condition, right hand retrieve and are satin gold. ( Haven’t picked up mine yet).

I’ll admit, I told the seller contact the Freestone was under-valued based on market. Couldn’t help it since the funds are going to someone on hard times.

Good on ya for helping him out. Is the Gulfstream with rounded porting holes or is it a newer design?
The gentleman selling for the owner said they were older models, some 15 years or so.
I emailed him. he said bonefish and tarpon. I asked him about DD or Anti Reverse. he has not replied to that part.
Older Gulfstreams are as reliable as Everglades and Riptide.
Love my freestone, got a matching spare spool for mine too for an intermediate line.
As an update, only reels still available are the Billy Pate’s (2 Tarpon and 1 Bonefish).
