This is a US-made fly reel and spare spool from Ross Reels, the CLA 7 model. If I recall correctly, that meant “Cimarron Large Arbor”, and it was discontinued around 2016. The CLA 7 is the largest size they made in that series - it’s listed as 11-13wt, although I’d probably go more 9-11wt with it myself.
I see no evidence that either of these pieces have ever been fished. No box, and these aren’t the original neoprene reel bags for this model / era, but they fit well. Backing included on both spools.
