Hey Guys I’m driving through this area looking to fish Wed the 12th in Port Arthur and maybe Friday in Cocodrie. Anyone know anybody available or I should try? There’s 2 of us.
any local advice for foods appreciated too!
This is peak LA redfish season. All decent Cocodrie guides are booked unless they’ve had a last minute cancellation, and even then reputable guides have wait lists for openings. Maybe try lodges who have several guides on call. Also look at Venice and Hopedale.

121 Seafood in Houma used to be really good–but it’s been a while. I’ve got a ton of recommendations in Metairie and NOLA if you’re going to be in those areas. Let me know.
