I’m interested to buy the new Nautilus GTR when they come out this summer. I don’t think my local shops will get one for a while. Is there a SkiffHQ endorsed shop that may have them right away? Thanks.

239 flies will probably have some as soon as they’re released. Tailwater Outfitters as well and they offer 10-40% back in store credit if you sign up for their emails.

Mad River Outfitters might have them immediately. I’ve bought several GTS from them. He (Brian) is Flip’s buddy on the videos.

And if your local shop might not have what you want… call Nautilus direct - to learn where (and when) the closest shop will have what you need. Nautilus’ customer service has always been outstanding for me…

I noticed that the status for the GTR on the Nautilus website has changed. It went from “GTR 8/9 Coming very soon!!!” to:
I reached out to Mad River and they said they don’t have them and hadn’t heard anything. Hope that changes soon.
I have talked to Nick and Jimbo at 239 Flies about Nautilus before and they said that they have ended up as one of the highest volume Nautilus dealers in the southeast, so they get good numbers of stock quickly with new models and custom reels are delivered quickly.
They typically announce new things on their Instagram so keep a look out for the GTR and jump to their website when they announce they have stock. From what I understand, you can buy online and have the reel shipped or choose local pickup if you are close.
