As a Hunter i can Varify that Wild Turkeys can infact Fly,with speeds up to 55 mph to escape predators and or roost in trees. Where as Domesticated Turkeys Cannot fly due to selective breeding for large breast meat, which makes them too heavy. I also work with Turkeys so I got a lot of first hand Knowledge
