Heron 16 backrests?

Anyone with a heron 16 with backrests or removable seats mounted? I have been noodling with how to add one for a while.

I am thinking a couple sets of command ratchet hinges from Taco may be the ticket but the cushions would be permanent or at least semi permanent at that point.

A folding backrest from the poling platform not an option? It’s the way I’m going as nothing else really works.

That may be what i wind up doing. I havent found a heron with it done yet so if you go that route post picks please!
