The tent canopy is 10’x20’ from Amazon and has worked out well. Strong back complete. Wheels from HF screwed to bottom make it easy to move around.

3/4” Carbon Core foam from Jesus in Tampa.

Sheer flange taped over with packing tape, sheer return kerf cut and screwed down. Starting to glue foam with original Gorrilia Glue (brown stuff).

Core glued, screwed, lighly faired, outside corners radiused, screw holes filled with putty, inside corners filleted, core marked for glass (50”).

First layers of 10 oz glass. Using expoxy resin and peel ply.

Glassing complete and hull frosted.

Hull guide coated and “dust storm coming” as CM says.

Hull faired and locating the poling strakes. The rear end of strakes will sit about .5” above keel.

Skim coated most of hull with Awlfair to fill impefections and pin holes (many). Rounded off outside corners of low chine and spray chine. The grey is high density putty applied after hull was glassed on the outside corners.

Poling strakes glassed down with layers of 4oz glass. Awlgrip 545 and highbuild sprayed.

Hull flipped, removed foam in bow and where trim tabs are screwed. These areas are built up with many layers of 10 oz glass.

Inside of hull glassed and second core glassed in at the transom. Hull is light and feels very solid at this point.

Bulkheads glassed in. The stations where used as a template.

Rear boxes built, stringers glassed and four 1” rigging tubes run to where a small console will go.

Template for cockpit floor made using 1x2” frame and popsicle sticks.

Floor and rod holders glassed in. Rod tubes, front hatch vents/gutter drain, and fuel tank and battery shelves installed. Inside hatches painted with BilgeKote. Fuel tank is 7.9 gals, battery box is group 24.

Dry fit motor and installed rigging tubes for motor electric (starboard side) and fuel (port side).

Cockpit is faired and ready for primer. Glass blocks 1/2” thick installed for cooler tie down, in front bulkhead to bolt fuel tank and rear port hatch to bolt a fuel water separator.
