Moving build thread over from the other site.
The tent canopy is 10’x20’ from Amazon and has worked out well. Strong back complete. Wheels from HF screwed to bottom make it easy to move around.

Sheer flange taped over with packing tape, sheer return kerf cut and screwed down. Starting to glue foam with original Gorrilia Glue (brown stuff).
Core glued, screwed, lighly faired, outside corners radiused, screw holes filled with putty, inside corners filleted, core marked for glass (50”).
strong textSkim coated most of hull with Awlfair to fill impefections and pin holes (many). Rounded off outside corners of low chine and spray chine. The grey is high density putty applied after hull was glassed on the outside corners.
Hull flipped, removed foam in bow and where trim tabs are screwed. These areas are built up with many layers of 10 oz glass.
Inside of hull glassed and second core glassed in at the transom. Hull is light and feels very solid at this point.
Bulkheads glassed in. The stations where used as a template.
Rear boxes built, stringers glassed and four 1” rigging tubes run to where a small console will go.
Floor and rod holders glassed in. Rod tubes, front hatch vents/gutter drain, and fuel tank and battery shelves installed. Inside hatches painted with BilgeKote. Fuel tank is 7.9 gals, battery box is group 24.
Cockpit is faired and ready for primer. Glass blocks 1/2” thick installed for cooler tie down, in front bulkhead to bolt fuel tank and rear port hatch to bolt a fuel water separator.
You gonna do a leaning post Tod? (this is Mark from Vero)
@vero.waterman Planning for small console big enough for grab bar and MFD. I have sand paper with your name on it, lol.
Really coming along nicely. Pretty work. Keep reporting your progress.
