Best boat snacks of all time

location specific but,

Hamaknockers smoked chicken wings & smoked fish dip from Mr. Posey’s place. If you’ know where I’m talking about you’re one of the lucky ones.

Always throw a jar of Claussen dill pickles and a box of club crackers in the bag for good measure.

Not sure if joking but my dad and I have a rule no beer until someone catches a fish!

Tarpon sashimi is pretty good, just pack some wasabi and rice. Permit or bonefish will do in a pinch.

I peel and separate tangelos /cuteies /small Oranges, whatever they are called, and freeze the slices in a Rubbermaid container and put them on ice. Usually carry some peanut butter pretzels!

Bananas, not too ripe. Throw the peels into the water to bring the manatees to the surface so you can harpoon them. Then chunk ‘em brine ‘em and smoke ‘em for high-protein snacks. :joy:

I like to fillet the baby manatees

That place is good! I had one of the best steaks ever from there a few weeks ago.

I must’ve gone on bad day. Friends recommended it and the one time I tried it, it was pretty sub par. Ill have to give it another shot.

Not too creative but on a blazing hot day its hard to beat ice cold tangerines

Only if cooked in loggerhead turtle shells. It’s just too much of a grassy flavor otherwise.

Publix chicken is the only correct answer.

It’s hard to go wrong with a cold snickers and chilled uncrustable. That and a box of black and mild wood tip cigars. What else could you need?

Which one? I cycle through tenders, wings, and popcorn. My kids lovingly refer to any kind of boat chicken as “pollitos”. And if I ever go fishing without them, they always look forward to any leftover “pollitos” when I get home, they will kill whatever is left
