Great trip to San Pedro Belize with a couple of USN squadron buddies. Both of them are Captains up in the Chesapeake area. Three days. First day was pretty exciting, ran off to beach to the reef a couple of miles out. Had a couple of shots wading but no hook ups. Ran inside and found a Hugh school of bones as the weather rolled in. Yikes!
Day two was focused on Permit and Tarpon. I’m now having fever dreams about permit. Day three was DIY and very fun, with a variety of fish, snapper, bones, barracuda. Can’t wait to go back.
