For 16’ skiff with 25hp Yamaha. Electric start, tilt/trim, trim tabs, lights, and bilge pump. Want small and light but able to handle the load. What is my best option? Got blue top Optima now and there has the be something smaller. TIA!
How about the odyssey pc625? I run it for start and jackplate. I don’t know how long it would run the bilge pump.

Bilge pump rarely comes on- knock on wood!
Odessey also has a pc 925. That gives you about twice the battery for 10# penalty. I ran the 625 with no issue. I actually used the pc535, the next smaller battery for a little while and it seemed to work fine. I felt the 625 was light enough at 16# for me. My motor is a 30hp 2stroke.

I run everything you’ve mentioned plus a trolling motor and the two battery system works really well and it’s a pretty light set-up. Everything runs on a 100amp/hr LiTime lithium (they make a mini size version just doesn’t have Bluetooth) and I have a small AMG power sport TX2OL (snow mobile/motorcycle battery) solely for starting the outboard.
I ran an Odyssey PC680 without any issues. All the same accessories you mentioned, but with a 40hp Merc 4-stroke. I also carried a NOCO jump starter GB20 with my safety gear, as insurance, but never had to use it. I’d done half a dozen, or so, multi night camp trips deep in the Everglades without losing any sleep.
