Alright, so I guess I will transfer over my build thread to the HQ.

I have 5 videos about this skiff on my youtube channel if you want to get caught up on it.

I been trying to get the outboard running on it to get an initial maiden voyage to see what I am working with before tearing it all down for a complete overhaul. We sold our 169 demo boat, so I figured I’d get this thing going to have something to get on the water until the new 169 is done. But the 169 should be coming out of the molds this week, and I have yet gotten this BRS on the water. So I will likely just drag this over to the shop and get to work on the makeover.

I have two options. Restore it to its former glory (fix and repair the current hull), or chop it up and add some deadrise to the hull. Not exactly sure where I’m going yet, but I will navigate that in the coming weeks.

Added deadrise will just turn it into a sail anyway..:joy:.. Appreciate ya sharing it here.
